Description
:
|
As a Technical Architect, you have
experience in developing small, medium, and large-scale
applications and systems using multi-tiered Architectures.
Your knowledge of the systems includes front-end, business
layer, and back-end database design and architectures,
whereby you have had leadership over a team of 3+ members.
Your breadth of technology includes
DBA skills and experience on 2+ databases. In addition,
as a Technical Architect you must be able to workflow
business processes leading to technical solutions and
have the ability to effectively direct the work of others
and justify technical decisions based on past experience
and client need.

Required Skills:
- Microsoft technologies such as VB.Net,
C#, XML, web services, Visual Basic, C++, COM.
- Object-oriented analysis, design,
and programming experience.
- SQL and relational database experience.
Desirable Skills:
Unix Technologies: C/C++ Korn-shell
Perl.

Requirements
:
|
BS or MS Degree in Computer Science
or related technical field, with 5-8 years hands on
commercial (not academic) experience in software application
development, relational databases and experience with
multi-tiered architectures. Related work experience
using full system development life cycle project methodology,
including the ability to create all major deliverables
of a full SDLC (requirements definition, detailed design,
programmer specifications, test plans, and documentation).
Ability to lead a team of 3+ developers
is required. Responsibilities will include creation
of a team status report and a project plan with task
list, resource assignments, and resource loading for
a small-scale project.
Must have excellent written and oral
communication skills, and solid organizational skills.
Prior consulting experience is desirable.
US citizenship, resident alien.
